Three Kentucky banks join forces.
As three sister banks merged this November, there was concern about losing customers resistant to change and anxiety within the company.
The solution? United Bank became the brand new bank you’ve known for years.
By using a combination of recognizable photos of employees, a new identity and slogan, the new bank brand was unveiled in a fresh, bold manner. However, the message was still sensitive to those resistant to change. By showing familiar employees linking arms we were not only creating a real life expression of unity, we were displaying something high touch, personal and attention-getting. In order to get total buy-in of the new campaign, a rally was held prior to the launch with every bank employee, key officer and president.
